With a background in Geography and Applied Urban Science Amanda has experience with and is passionate about developing spatial data and conducting spatial analyses to inform real-world decisions. With the Capital Planning team at the NYC Dept of City Planning Amanda develops new and improves existing datasets, to make data and information more accessible to all Planners across NYC and to enable these data to be easily used in analyses that impact decisions that shape NYC's built environment.
